The atmospheric team studies the atmosphere surrounding the rover. During the field tests, they look for atmospheric conditions that could possibly take place on Mars, such as clouds, dust, and particles. They practice calculating the space between the ground and the atmosphere and the winds interacting with the surface. They also get to do fun observations such as taking images of the moon when it is visible during the day.
