Kimberly Paul
Kimberly H. Paul is the Vice President of Community Development for San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC) and its affiliate Occupational Training Services (OTS). SDCHC's mission is to "increase, preserve, and improve quality affordable housing opportunities for working families." She oversees SDCHC's Family Learning Opportunity Centers and Resident Coordinators. She serves on the National Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Networks Consortium and the President of the California Neighborhood Networks Consortium.

Ms. Paul has Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Addictive Disorders. She also holds a Masters Degree in Forensic Science where she worked closely with law enforcement. After leaving the criminal justice field she was passionate about helping others and entered the non-profit field.

She currently has a 15 year history working in community development and all capacities of providing direct and management services to families, elderly, and youth. Her strengths are fundraising, strategic planning, grant writing, and creating community partners for organizational sustainability. She has served on various boards, just to name a few, The San Diego Foundation for Change, Community Technology Coalition, and the Southeastern Educational Taskforce. In early 2003 she received a certification in grant writing and in 2006 she became a LEAD San Diego graduate where they provide empowerment for emerging leaders to make positive changes in the community!
